Shopify store data: Store name, domain and access token for API communication
Moneybird API data: API token and administration ID (stored encrypted)
Order data: Order IDs, customer information (name, address, email), product data and prices
Invoice data: Information about invoices created in Moneybird
Sync logs: Technical logs for troubleshooting

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

Synchronize Shopify orders to Moneybird invoices
Create or update contacts in Moneybird
Create credit invoices for returns and refunds
Register payments in Moneybird
Resolve technical issues

We take the security of your data seriously:

Moneybird API tokens are stored encrypted
All communication uses secure HTTPS connections
Data is stored on secure servers (Cloudflare)
Order data is only processed to create invoices and not permanently stored
We retain data only as long as necessary for the service

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

With Moneybird via their official API (for invoice creation)
With Shopify via their official API (for order data)
When legally required

We never sell your data to third parties.

When you uninstall the MoneybirdSync app from Shopify:

We receive a notification from Shopify
All data related to your store is deleted
This process is automatic and irreversible

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
